ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Occasionally we ship products in separate packages, depending on what you ordered. If you do not receive the products after a couple days of receiving your first package...please contact us to look into it further

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If a product is defective, we will process it back with the manufacturer. The item needs to be returned within 7 business days for us to expedite the process. The item needs to be in the same condition as it was received, and not installed on the car.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

For items being refunded, we will issue a 5-20% restocking fee as the suppliers. Shipping costs on returning the product will be at the discretion of Subieland

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you think you’ve received the wrong product, please double check the part number on the product label, with the part number listed on your packing slip. If those numbers do not match, please contact sales@subieland.ca before opening the product. We recommend having your Order number on hand to expedite your call.

Can I cancel my Order?

if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@subieland.ca. If your order has not processed yet, than we will be able to cancel the order. If your order is in processing, or has shipped…you must go through the complete return process in order to obtain a refund for your order. For more information about the terms and conditions which apply to your return, please refer to our Return Policies page.

How do I know if the product is in stock?

Subieland uses up-to-date inventory system to monitor current inventory levels with its distributors. If an item is labelled “in stock” on our website, you can have confidence we have item in our distribution channel. Before any transaction is finalized, we will contact you if the item is in fact not in stock, and will give you an estimated ETA on the order.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We do not stock every single item we have access to. Before we process your order, we will contact you to let you know that the product is not in stock if that is the case.

We have multiple suppliers to access the product in a timely manner, but in some cases the vendor may be out.

How can I search to find products on the website?

We have a search tab on the bottom and top of the webpage. You can also search by make model year...and than use the category tab to find what yor looking for

do you price match

We will price match any major brand that we can. We will either match or beat it, or we will have a substitute product line that we will offer to you!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All returns are REQUIRED to be confirmed by a sales rep before shipping. Before returning your product, we as that you look over the Return Policies page to ensure your return shipment meets all of the RMA conditions and return policy requirements. Please note, Subieland will not accept a return if the item has been open, installed, or otherwise used in any way. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit,or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a Subieland.ca

 
 

When can I expect my refund?S

Refunds are processed 5-7 business days.
